I do have a current copy of the database. I have a server that I maintain with adequate space. I would be willing to register a domain name, but I would like Steve’s blessing/permission.
Ideally, I would like to buy the PHPHELP.COM domain from him (as it is already known), but I have not been able to get in contact with him. I tried his ebay account (secondcreation), his Whois info, PM, email, etc… But to no avail. I have tried public means. I guess my next step is to just send snail mail.
If anyone else has any ideas, please let me know… I would be willing to try.
If consensus is to just upload the forum to a new server and new domain… then I guess that’s an option too.
