Writting to email help

I am trying to return a number of rows from a mysql query to a form and then add it to my mail script so that the results are published in the sent email.

ATM I can only seem to add one record to the email which is always the last row.

I have made the form element a text table that repeats itself.

Is there a simple way of get my data from the database and getting the information sent via email?

Could you please provide some code that pertains to your problem so we can better understand what you are or are not doing.
