Hey, I have a website made in Wordpress with a template in HTML, and it was converted in PHP. (I don’t know PHP)
I have a question, how can i make de dropdown menu to be under the “Proiecte” Tab.

Very nice template!!! Do you use a plug-in or made the list by yourself?
An easy way to do this would be with some CSS. If you post a link to the site then we can suggest the CSS to use.
