I have now almost completely finished the basic structure of my sql driven website. Last night I was thinking about other functions I would like to implement. At the moment when a user submits a post it uploads to a database and is then retrieved and posted on the home page.
What I would like to add is a function whereby a viewer can click on the title of each post on the home page it would then open a template page (for example www.domain.com/postnumber…). I would like the … to automatically be replaced by the post ID from the database and I would then like the rest of the template page to populate using the unique post ID in the address.
