1st of all I am not a code guru, but I know enough to edit code and so on.
I am having trouble trying to figure something out that would allow something like email on my website.
what i want to do is like text messaging or like e-mail , but only through my website.
where i can create a message for someone they can visit my website and read it and reply to it if they wish.
right now i just use plain html to make the message and have the person visit my website.
but i was not sure if there is a way to do this in a php script or not.
I have looked for something like this for a while but can not find anything. and because i can not create something from scratch
i was hoping someone might know how i can do this.

There are many options to go with this, from a script that reads emails to an editor in-page. have you thought about just using wordpress? easy to use editor, logins to limit reads, TONS of documentation. I recommend that.
