Tables - add job

I have created a simple form for adding a job. Job id, Job_notes, task_name, job_cost etc…

I have set up the table with Job id (pri key) the the rest follow in seperate columns.

How do I set up a search query so if someone searches for a Job ID then the rest of the job info comes up too and no other job_notes etc…come up from other jobs. Or have I set up my tables incorrectly.

Pain in my backside trying to figure out this query.

just leave this, I was deathly tired and realise to hilarity in my question. everyone loves a good row.
