I recieved this email this morning which I found pretty strange:

Yesterday I’ve added a new mod to the forum - Topic Solved (there is a new button at the bottom of each topic now), and while configuring this new feature in the admin panel I’ve enabled Board Moderation option for the ‘Helpers’ membergroup.
This message is an automated message sent by forum script - and the links are to the topics that require Approval (topics created by guest users). If you do not like to receive these automated notifications, I believe there is an option to unsubscribe in your forum account settings.
Ok Thanks. I wasn’t actually aware I was in the helpers group until this moment.
