We’re a UK-based web development agency that is looking for a back-end engineer for internal and external projects. The company regularly works on web products ranging from applications and websites to social media marketing tools.
The schedule is flexible, pay negotiable, and the collaboration is project-based.
Requirements:
- Medium knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (small bits here and there, no large front-end tasks will be given. i.e.: you might need to code a small user interface for a custom CMS module you’ve built)
- Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL
- Must have worked with at least one framework like Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter etc.
- Must have worked with at least one CMS before, such as ExpressionEngine, Wordpress, Craft etc
Bonus knowledge and experience:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery (no knowledge in frameworks such as React or Angular are needed).
- Experience with ExpressionEngine
- Familiarity with Bash and Git.
