Problem while uploading

Hi…

     My problem is, am facing an error while uploading the exported file. It is showing an error like this 

“The filename /var/www/ireflect/components/com_upload3/files/export.xls is not readable”… this is the exported file which i uploaded… Can anybody help plz!!!

Change owner with (chown commands) or change permission (with chmod commands) use one of this commands in a Unix shell.
