Hello i was just wondering if anyone knows if there is any hypervisors or way that a hypervisor can have accounts created, managed and removed etc… via php? I was just wondering as alot of websites such as rackspace vary limits account seamlessly and instantly via their onine. Eukhost is another… well any company offering VPS really… how would that work?
Main Aim:
Setup a VPS which can be adjusted by target user.

A lot of companies use cpanel/plesk or Parrallels
Will that create the virtual machines though???

I know how to set new packages up programmatically, although virtual machines is what i would need to be able to do next.

I never used them, I think they are low cost that’s why most companies use those two… I can’t imagine them being much different from XenServer, vSphere, Hyper V
A type 1 hypervisor is different than a control panel… the framework of the server is.
Hardware -> OS -> Hypervisor -> Seperate Virtual Servers -> OS -> Control Panel
