Create a web page that asks the user to enter a sentence.

1.make it to uppercase.
2.Display the number of occurrences of each character in the sentence (Ex : programming p‐1 r‐2 o‐1 and so on…)

Not trying to sound mean, but really??? First, all you did was stuck <?php ?> around HTML elements, which by the way won’t work. You might get someone to help you, but not from me. Sorry… 
If that is a reflection of your knowledge of coding, it is clear you need someone to do it for you. In that case you will need to hire one of us. I generally am not keen on doing peoples homework. You don’t learn anything that way.
Talk to your teacher. You are obviously missing key components to your success of this course.
