PHP Membership Listing Code Needed ASAP

Hi There,

I am in need of a PHP script that does the following:

• allows me to place a image or logo on the left hand side
• description of the business to the right
• place them in a directory where I can add and remove the different directories
• search field to search individual member’s.

I would like to be able to add these items in the backend of the website if possible.

The layout would work like this:

BUSINESS NAME Member Name
{LOGO} Description of the business

                            Website
                               Phone
                               Email

sounds more like an employer talking to an employee rather than a request for help with a coding problem…
