php forms stopped working

I need help with my php forms. They were functional for the past 5 years on bluehost and they stopped working after they did their php upgrade. When someone fills out the form and submits it the form field data I receive by email is now blank.

You have to add the code you’re having trouble with, preferably with any errors you’re getting.

They were functional for the past 5 years

Probably due to changes in php. Without seeing the code it’s hard to know why.
check the php scripts start with <?php and not <? that maybe the cause, if not post your code here.
