i would like to ask something regarding php form (mail) processing scripts …
in order to test them i have to upload them to real server, correct ?
it won’t work on my win. pc even if i have xamp installed.

well you can set yourself up an smtp server, generally speaking ISP’s block port 25 which you would need to run it all properly, but you can give your isp a call and ask them to unblock it and they will.
just google free smtp server two programs you can check out would be:
hmailserver.com
softstack.com/freesmtp.html

Is there somewhere on the net where i can find readymade scripts for that - free or paid …
i can not make them my self… i am good with html/css but new to php/mysql.

There is a simple program by Coffeecup called"Web Form Builder" it lets you create forms then it will output the php code and a flash contact form, it is very simple to use.
