PHP errors WP dashboard lockout

Hi there!

I am helping a friend with a Wordpress website using the Pinboard theme and ran into an issue. I was trying to add an Instagram social media icon so I added a few lines of code to the functions.php and header.php. I got a few parse errors and a fatal error but it seems I’ve remedied those (or so says my error log). However, now I cannot access the dashboard, the image slider doesn’t load correctly, the caption background box disappeared and the website seems to be in a neverending “loading” stage - I have NO clue how to fix this or how this could have happened. She needs the site up today for her non-profit release presentation. I’ve tried posting in other forums but I’ve received no replies.

I have been trying to figure out where the code got messed up and I can’t.

-I ran it through PHP code checker and it tells me I have an extra ) somewhere - but I can’t find it.
-I compared the original functions.php file to the one on the server with Notepad ++ and it says they are an exact match. However, the file on the server is a bit larger than the original on my local drive. Notepad says the character, word and line count are identical so I don’t know how that could be.
-I also have re-uploaded things via FTP to see if it would bring things back to the way they were before and it didn’t work.
-I even went so far as reinstalling the entire theme but then I lost the “theme options” tab on the dashboard.

Any clue what is going on? http://www.seedgrowchange.org

Thank you so much in advance.

You’re site seems to be working for me
