Thank you for reading this.

I am after creating a PHP email form that works off dropdown boxes. There will always be one permanent box, but I would like to add a plus icon which when pressed will create a new dropdown box with identical content as the first dropdown box.

It would be a great help if any has or knows of any links to tutorials on how to do this.
