Php email form help PLEASE

having trouble figuring this out.
downloaded a html webpage template that has a contact page that has an editable php code
I dont know if i have edited correctly, I assumed it was straight forward however its not working.
I have a godaddy account on a Unix server, so I dont know if this code will only work on a windows server or what code mods I have to do to get it to work on a unix server, however here is that code, any help greatly appreciated. my email address is …Removed …
I only edited the template one time, and may have to edit it more times down the pages

any error messages? why do you say its not working>

No error mess age at all, says message has been sent just not getting the email from it. I checked the spam folder as well

Love it even better when I figure it out on my own…

Instead of mail($to,$subject,$message,$header);

I took out $to put my email address in there instead

mail("[email protected]",$subject,$message,$header);

Problem solved!!!
