Hi all, new to this site and first post… here goes.
I have installed php5.2.5 on a windows 2003 server machine, running IIS6.
The php install worked fine, but it is not accessing the correct date or time. The date time on the server is correct, but the php date time is about 10 hours behind.
My main problem is that if I try to go into php.ini to change the “default.timezone” in an attempt to rectify this, my php service stops running altogether, the only way I can get it back is with a complete re install.
The only other thing I can think of is that the server runs through a firewall, which I noticed on a timeout screen has a different time setting, could this be affecting it?
any help is appreciated
