From this link I only can see html form, with action=“thankyou.php” So, you probably need to check code in this script (thankyou.php). Also check if your server is sending emails at all. Other reasons could be: server IP is blacklisted somewhere, or for other reason messages go to the SPAM folder (check in your mailbox).
