permission to contact other user

Hello

I working on new website for help people to find wife or husband

I need to make to send permission to contact the other person before to send a privet message. If the other person give the permission, so the can start send privet message.

Is any tutorial for that ?

For an answer, you would have to be more specific about what type of message - chat/email/forum/im, and what software you are using.

There is not a tutorial for everything that you will want to do. This is why you need to learn to actually program. Start with basics and learn. Then, you can move on to building your own idea’s.
