Not code relate but need help

this is not code related i would like some help as that I been able to send an attainment though my free web hosting site but when I receive though my web mail account it comes though as this.

is this because my web host doesn’t support sending attracted files

You mean an attachment? The script is doing what its supposed to. What you’re seeing is the picture in a messed up way. Not sure why they wouldn’t allow attachments in an email, but if all you’re sending is pictures, then maybe there’s a way to put it in as an inline image through css.

That might be a configuration issue on your web mail client you’re using.

Thats what I was sort of thinking as that and assuming that it’s no or not much different to an online server my XAMPP server sends the PHP script and my Mozilla Thunderbird can read it back as a proper image so I know the script is works. I can send an attachment being a photograph open the attachment in the email and view it. I think Topcode you may have backed up my suspicions that it may be a configurations issue with the free server that I am using or just will not allow me to use the Attach function and just sends it as all binary code instead.
