Ok I don’t know what is going wrong here , I am total newbe in php and htlm and trying to make a contact us form I made this from dream weaver but when I uploaded it in my site I get the 404 error

also I want after contacting my second php form , I want it to give me a notification that the form is submitted successfully

your page displays fine on my test server…
a 404 error means ‘page not found’ you usually see this error if a page gets moved/deleted from its original location and the links are not updated…
or the most common cause: a typo in the address bar!
make sure you typed in the correct URL IE: www.yousite.com/mypage.html
