Maybe it’s the installation problem, can someone guide me throughout the installation process

Could you show us some code, like the line that causes the error.
An error message by itself tells us nothing.
Also, did you install the GeoIP package? It appears that you did not INCLUDE the correct files
that you should have in the GeoIP package.
Lastly, remember that IP’s pulled by ISP’s are not accurate. I am currently in New England, but, my ISP is in another location… Just FYI…
