N00b - Installing PHP Script

Hi,
I hope I can explain myself well enough here. I kind of a n00b when it comes to web design I’m trying to install this Flash mp3 player from here. http://www.spencer-tech.com/my_scripts/mp3_player/install/ Well at the end of step 2, where it says,

3. Open installation wizard in the browser:
   http://www.mysite.com/mp3_player/install.php (and yes, I put my website in there)

nothing happens. I suspect it is is because there is no such file (install.php) in the zip file that I uploaded ti my server. Did they make a mistake by not including the file? or am I an idiot?

you need to upload the file(s) to your webserver then goto install.php at YOUR website not www. mysite.com

http://THE NAME OF YOUR WEBSITE GOES HERE/mp3_player/install.php
