Mozilla and Webkit fill-lower and fill-upper?

Hello, i am hacking away at a cross-browser range slider. I find that this is very difficult but i got it to work. I had to fight with it, so i cranked up Motorhead “I am The Sword” and i got it finished. I have it working in all four browsers that i test: Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Opera.

However, i don’t know the Mozilla and Webkit equivalents of the Microsoft specific code:

-ms-fill-lower
-ms-fill-upper

anyone know how to do this?
