I am a newbie with PHP and also to this board so please bare with me. I purchased a membership script for a client’s website, there is a registration page with fields such as city, name, job etc. Some of the fields we want to offer a multi option selection. There is also an account page where a member can go and change their registration answers as things change, change their password etc. There is a class_user.php page that pulls it all together. I cannot get the multi-selections work, the test input or one choice input fields are all working correctly. Is there a correct way to post the code on here or a better way to share it for assistance? Any help is greatly appreciated as this site is already live and customers are having issues! Thanks in advance.
My first port of call would be back to the author (or seller) of the script - if you’re paying for something i’d expect some kind of support.
Having said that, i know in the real world it doesn’t always work like that.
Without seeing the code, we’d be guessing so best bet would be to post up some code here so we can take a look.
