Make a cartain part of a website unavaliable during a certain time frame

Is it possible in PHP to make a certain part of your website accessible only in a certain time frame
for example i want my enrollment page only available during sept 21 to sept 30 and make it inaccessible from sept 31 to sept 20 of next year

or is there another program for it?
if it is not possible whats good alternative for it?
