I need sample code to use both IPN and PDT to integrate… in Paypal sample code they have given separate code for IPN and PDT…
If any one have knowledge about this… please send sample code…

Would you not have a separate PHP file for the IPN request to be made from PayPal and then the user would be sent to a page that uses PDT?
