Insert a $value into <a href=""></a> link.

Hi everyone. I’ve tried this:
[php]echo ‘link’;[/php]

Didn’t work. Tried ‘$row[1]’, but then the page won’t load.

[php]echo ‘link’;[/php]

[userz]
