How to Email info in an existing form

I have info on a form on my website that I need emailed to me
The form exists now on http://lastminuteusvacations.com/last_minute_vacations_booking_form.php
When the button is clicked the form currently goes to the credit card secure server and that will not change.
However I ALSO need the info emailed to me so I know what was bought.

What code do I need to add and where?

By submitting this form you are authorizing Last Minute US Vacations (a division of eReviewPanel) to charge your credit card. If taxes are payable by the resort then you also authorize us to charge your credit card with the applicable taxes.

Our Cancellation Policy:

By its nature, a last minute vacation is provided at a sell-off price as it could not be rented by the owner at their regular price. As such, a last minute vacation is not cancelable as there is usually not sufficient time to resell the week being rented. Therefore all charges are non-refundable.

I would create a new page, simply for ease of creation at this point, that after payment processing redirects to. Then create the email for the who, what, where, and when.

As far as what code, PHP Mailer has a small tutorial on creating an email using their library. Some of it will depend on what is sent back from the payment gateway.
