how to e-mail a selected image( must select by radio button )via form-

i have an php file , that file get values from a html files and send all input box values to the e-mail.
now i want to know that how to send the link of an img , or image as attachment , if some one select one of the radio button. all buttons have diffrent images . mean if some body select radio button #1 then he recive 1.jpg . if he person select radio # 2 then he recive 2.jpg link or image thru e-mail. thanks in advance,
