How do I college a URL from a picture a user just uploaded and show them it?

Hey there guys!
I have created a simple image uploading website to practice php again. My website works perfect. A user can upload a picture and it goes into the database and shows a preview for the user. What I need to do is show the URL of that picture the user just uploaded.
For an example, when you upload a picture to TinyPic there is a box for a direct link etc…

What I am asking is can any of you guys show me any code that would work/refer me to an article/tutorial.

hey there i would need to see your upload script and i can tell you exactly how to echo the address to the screen
