How do I add my menu to the side, permanently?

I have the menu set to absolute position through the CSS. I tried making an include to have it on every page but it doesn’t show up. I have no issues with my header and footer include on my main site finalfantasyz.com but I want to add an include that has the menu stay up. I had to do this oldschool and copy the menu to each html file. Please help =D

Code also helps, using the php button on the editor, for both the menu and the page including it.
