Hi im using OpenCart, an open source ecommerce system which you can checkout at:

What i need is a dynamic radio button that cancels out the next option depending if it was yes or no, then saves it in my sql database.
So for example im doing a website for an autoparts company and it asks:
Do you have a global id number? Choose yes or no.
If yes, Force them to type a 4 to 7 character id number, if no, Blank out the Do you have a global id number? box that is underneath. Then when submitted, it registers in my database, how can i pull this off? it shouldnt be too hard?
