Help using php include

I need help inserting a header call “sketchheader.php” I inserted it with the include command and it works fine. But when I press any links on the site I get a parse error.

You can see where I inserted it and it works and show up fine on the page. It’s at the beginning. Just can’t use the links on the page.

I am a newbie.
