I am a total noob at PHP coding and everything. I need to build an online riddle game like the ones you see at the following site

it basically accepts an answer for each question, and if it is right, it goes to the next riddle. The constraints are,
the user should be logged in to play. And each users level is recorded. As in Suppose i clear level 5 and close the game. When i return and log in the game continues from level 6. Also There is a leaderboard, which shows all users sorted according to their levels.
It uses some and stuff…which i have no clue about…any kind of help will be appreciated…
