help, im trying to get this content manager to run?

Im trying to build a site for my friend, im good at design, but dont know crap about php.
i copied her old content manager and pasted it to my site i made her morkiepuppytexas.com,
but its not working?

Now i know its supposed to be hooked up to a database, and i can pull up the data bases off my control panel, but i cant find where to change the php code to point to mine?

If its a proper cms, there should be a config file or a connect file, maybe in an inc folder (stands for includes). Or just open up the index file and see what’s beeing included, one of the files has to contain the connection details.

But use your friend’s old stuff as a reference, not as a working copy, you’ll save yourself a lot of added stress.
