Help - Any Free PHP host allowing Twitter & Facebook login for site users

This question is for idnetifying a FREE PHP webhost offering the following requirements:

I have been learning PHP for quite sometime now and want to start a website.
I am looking for the following:

1. A FREE PHP MySQL webhost with a good storage space and bandwidth availability to test my website during development phase - later I’ll go with paid subscription.
2. The PHP web-hosting should allow login to my site using Twitter and Facebook. (I tried www.phphosting4free.com, but it is throwing errors like curl_init(), curl_setopt(), curl_multi_add_handle() errors which are required for enabling Twitter and Facebook logins. I am looking for a FREE PHP webhost which allows all these, so that users of my site can login to my site using their twitter, Facebook and google logins.

I use co.cc for domain and awardspace.com for free hosting.

I tested login using facebook api for my site http://redmahbub.co.cc hosting PHP script.
