Hello,

I am in contact with a developer who created Open Faculty Evaluation System - http://sourceforge.net/projects/openfacultyeval/

I would like to tweak this to my needs, he has told me what to do but I get the following error message:

Notice: Undefined variable: fac_array in D:\Apache\htdocs\feedback\index.php on line 145

I’ve looked on line 145 but no idea what I am looking for…

Any help is appreciated in advance

index.php line 145 tries to use a variable that is not set. If you need more help you should add the code so we can have a look
