I am trying to configure this script on my localhost. The index page is working but when I search or click on a link, it gives Error 404
Your web server needs to use the .htaccess files or be set up with the url rewrites there

How to do that? In http.conf I enabled Rewrite module but still same error
I wouldn’t bother with this code. It’s open to sql injection and it unconditionally outputs database errors on the web pages.
