Due time script!! Help

Hello

I’m in need of a php code that can Label a task with a due time label

When the date is before due date the label should be green
On the due date the label should be orange
if the due date is overdue then it should be red.

the database table for the date wil be called datumklaar

if you have a code can you also explain the code what it does?
