i want to make a dependent option list (php-mysql) and both selected (parent and dependent list) save in database. i have seen tutorials but they are not as clear as i want.

There was never a question to answer. What exactly is your question?
the problem is:
the first option list: list all data receiving from db
the second option list: list all data receiving from db, too. but this option is dependent on the first selection (php code)
