I am consulting with a group of individuals that I ride motorcycles with known as the So Cal Patriot Guard Riders. They have been using Google Groups to post their missions and want to upgrade their regular site as a stand alone source of information. What we are looking for is someone to write a script to be used as a type of “interview” form for the Ride Captains to fill out in order to post an upcoming mission. The form must take all info supplied by the R/C and and list it in a predetermined format then automatically send out emails and then post the mission to the site. I know it sounds confusing but please reply for more details. The project deadline is Oct. 20th.
