Hello,

I have a website where members can earn “glacierbux” I want to create a page that will allow my members to be able to convert the glacierbux to either cash or Credits or banner impressions on my site. My site does have a sql database.

sql value - glacierbux credits bannerimps commissions

I would like to convert glacierbux to credits 20 glacierbux they can transfer to 1 credit

convert glacierbux to bannerimps for every 20 glacierbux they get 10 banner impressions

conver glacierbux to Cash for every 3000 glacierbux they can get $1.00 cash

In order to answer this one, I’ll need to know how you usually send requests to your SQL DB: MySQLi, PDO, raw basic mysql_query, or any ORM?

The idea is simple. When a customer transfers credits, you:

• UPDATE the relevant table to decrease their amount of glacierbucks
• UPDATE the relevant table to increase whatever currency they chose to transfer to
• INSERT in a log table in order to keep an account for the transaction. This will allow you to track bugs, inaccuracies and to reconcile or rollback transactions.
