Counting duplicates but only displaying distinct dates

Hi I am trying to code a page for a snooker league website which I am doing for free but I need to have it so that when showing the upcoming matches the day month and year show once with the matches for that date below them.

Therefore I need to recogise and count the rows but only display the day month and year when this is unique whilst still showing each match below this date. I have working code which shows at present each match with the date alongside this for the admin people to be able to edit or delete. The code for this is shown below.
I dont need the buttons on this code just to display the results with the day month and year and the matches for each unique date shown below that date in a table.

If you can help that would be great.
