cannot update discuz from X3.0 to X3.2 since I changed table in database in X3.0

I am trying to update discuz from version X3.0 to X3.2. However, the auto updating could not be complete successful since I changed some tables in my current X3.0 mysql database. I wonder is there any way I can figure out this problem?

I wonder is there any tools I can use to extract the data from current database and then put it into X3.2 database so I can manually figure out the database update problem?
