Cannot get alternate image text to be read (508 compliant issue)

Working on making website 508 compliant – the error states "IMG tags must have an ALT attribute.
Add an ALT attribute describing each image, which screen readers read aloud. Spacer images and purely decorative images should use ALT=’’.

Your missing the quotes for img src and class.
