Can any one help modify my site

Hi Guys I have a site at www.shine-management.com and I’m desperately trying to move the nav bar down to above the slider and have a banner in place on the right of the logo (see pic)

I have tried all sorts but cannot do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
