Banner Rotate with Links (Broken?)

Hey Guys,
You helped me get a good code working for banners on one of my sites. I am now just trying to duplicate the same site and edit the photos. When I did this the banners stopped working completely even with the same code and images in the same spot. Its using JS in HTML. I use this code 3 times on the page chanmging getAd() to getAd2() and getAd3(). Also with Tag. I works prefect on the other site but not this one for some odd reason.

I have uploaded the whole old site with the working code onto a test folder in the new site and I still get nothing while the code on the other is still up and running. Both sites are hosted with Rack Space on the same shared server so I don’t see why there is a difference. Any help is much appreciated!
