alert box not popping up

The code attached with this content,in the register.php part i am not able to get the alert messages when the validation is done,kindly look on to the code and help me.i am attaching the code.rahul dravid is the database.

Amrith, You want to get alert message using JavaScript?? because I haven’t seen any validation using PHP in your script.
